中國(guó)石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)天然氣加工新聞2023年8月22日巴黎報(bào)道，法國(guó)能源巨頭道達(dá)爾能源公司（Total Energy）周一（8月21日）在巴黎表示，道達(dá)爾能源公司日前已與同行日本最大石油生產(chǎn)商日本國(guó)際石油開發(fā)株式會(huì)社（INPEX）合作，從泰國(guó)最大油氣生產(chǎn)商PTTEP手中收購(gòu)了帝汶海AC-RL7許可證的100%權(quán)益。

這份包括天然氣和凝析氣田的許可證預(yù)計(jì)將有助于澳大利亞Ichthys LNG天然氣液化廠的長(zhǎng)期供應(yīng)。

道達(dá)爾能源公司是Ichthys LNG天然氣液化廠持有26%股份的合作伙伴，而INPEX和亞洲其他擁有少數(shù)股份的股東持有剩余74%的股份。

TotalEnergies and INPEX to buy 100% of Timor Sea gas field interest from PTTEP

France's TotalEnergies on Monday said it had teamed up with Japanese peer INPEX to acquire 100% of the interest in the AC-RL7 permit in the Timor Sea from PTTEP.

The permit, which includes gas and condensate fields, is expected to contribute to the long-term supply of the Ichthys LNG natural gas liquefaction plant, in which TotalEnergies is a 26% partner while INPEX and other Asian minority shareholders hold the remaining 74%.
