中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)世界石油2023年8月7日報道，挪威海上工程服務提供商阿克爾解決方案公司（Aker Solution）、全球最大的油田技術服務公司斯倫貝謝公司和挪威海上油氣承包商Subsea 7之間擬議的全球海底合資企業(yè)已通過監(jiān)管審查，并將在今年第四季度完成。
在獲得巴西的批準后，完成這筆交易所需的所有監(jiān)管批準和許可都已獲得，包括來自安哥拉、莫桑比克、澳大利亞、挪威、英國和美國所需要的許可。
這個海底合資企業(yè)計劃成為全球海底生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟的一個里程碑，幫助客戶解鎖儲量，縮短首次開采石油的時間，降低開發(fā)成本并實現(xiàn)脫碳目標。這3家公司將為世界各地的客戶提供深層油藏領域和工程設計專業(yè)知識、廣泛的現(xiàn)場驗證的海底生產(chǎn)和處理技術組合、世界一流的制造規(guī)模和能力，以及一套全面的油田生命周期解決方案。
三方將繼續(xù)努力滿足剩余的結束交易所需的條件，目標是在今年第四季度盡可能早地完成交易。

Aker Solution, SLB, Subsea7 partner to form global subsea joint venture
The proposed joint subsea venture between Aker Solutions, SLB and Subsea7 cleared regulatory review and is moving toward a Q4 2023 closing.
Following clearance by antitrust authorities in Brazil, all regulatory approvals and clearances required to close the transactions have been obtained, including required clearances in Angola, Mozambique, Australia, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The joint venture is planned as a milestone in subsea production economics, helping customers unlock reserves, reduce time to first oil, lower development costs and achieve decarbonization goals. The three companies will bring together deep reservoir domain and engineering design expertise, extensive field-proven subsea production and processing technology portfolios, world-class manufacturing scale and capabilities, and a comprehensive suite of life-of-field solutions to customers around the world.
The parties will continue to work to satisfy the remaining conditions for closing and aim to close as early as practicably possible in the fourth quarter of 2023.
