中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)能源年網(wǎng)站7月17日柏林報(bào)道，油氣巨頭bp和道達(dá)爾能源宣布，已與德國簽署了140億美元的海上風(fēng)電場招標(biāo)協(xié)議。
bp將在分別位于北海130公里和150公里，水深40米處的N11.1和N12.2區(qū)域建設(shè)兩個(gè)2吉瓦的風(fēng)電場。
該項(xiàng)目將是bp在德國的第一個(gè)近海風(fēng)電場。
該項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn)后，該公司的海上風(fēng)電裝機(jī)容量將達(dá)到9.2吉瓦。
占交易額的10%的首期付款7.61億美元將于2024年7月支付。其余款項(xiàng)將在20年內(nèi)支付。

BP and TotalEnergies sign offshore wind deals in Germany
BP and TotalEnergies have signed deals with Germany to build offshore wind farms in a USD 14-billion auction, the oil and gas giants announced on Wednesday.
BP is set to build two 2 GW wind farms on the N11.1 and N12.2 zones located on the North Sea 130 kilometres and 150 kilometres in water depths of 40 metres.
The project will be BP’s first offshore wind farm in Germany.
When the project comes on line, it will up the company’s offshore wind capacity to 9.2 GW.
Initial payments of USD 761 million will be paid by July 2024, which represents 10% of the deal. The rest of the payments will be carried out over a 20-year period.
The projects are due to be commissioned in the next decade.
TotalEnergies also signed two deals for a 2 GW and 1 GW offshore wind farm on marine concessions N12.1 and O2.2 respectively.
An initial USD 653 million will be paid to the government, with annual contributions paid to the government over a 20-year period.
Germany is aiming to have 30 GW of offshore wind projects installed by 2030, at least 40 GW by 2035 and at least 70 GW by 2045.
