中國(guó)石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)管道新聞網(wǎng)6月30日消息稱，烏干達(dá)國(guó)家石油公司(UNOC)首席執(zhí)行官周三表示，該公司預(yù)計(jì)將于2025年上半年開始從Tilenga項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)石油。
烏干達(dá)國(guó)家石油公司首席執(zhí)行官Proscovia Nabbanja在亞洲能源會(huì)議間隙對(duì)路透表示：“鉆井設(shè)備已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好，鉆井工作已經(jīng)開始。我們有望在2025年上半年開采出第一批石油。”
Tilenga項(xiàng)目位于烏干達(dá)阿爾伯特湖油田的Buliisa和Nwoya地區(qū)，由法國(guó)能源巨頭道達(dá)爾能源公司與亞洲海上石油巨頭和UNOC合作運(yùn)營(yíng)。
來自Tilenga項(xiàng)目的石油將通過耗資35億美元的東非原油管道(EACOP)輸送到坦桑尼亞的Tanga港進(jìn)行出口。
最早在2025年，EACOP有能力每天向世界市場(chǎng)輸送24.6萬桶原油。
道達(dá)爾能源是EACOP的最大股東，持有62%的股份。其他投資者包括國(guó)有的UNOC和坦桑尼亞石油開發(fā)公司，這兩家公司各持有15%的股份。

Uganda Expects to Start Oil Production from Tilenga Project in 2025
Uganda National Oil Co. (UNOC) expects to start oil production from the Tilenga project in the first half of 2025, the company's CEO said on Wednesday.
"The drill kits have been put up and the drilling has started," Uganda National Oil Co. CEO Proscovia Nabbanja told Reuters on the sidelines of an Energy Asia conference.
"We are on track for first oil in H1 2025."
The Tilenga project, in the Buliisa and Nwoya districts in Uganda's Lake Albert oilfields, is operated by French energy major TotalEnergies in partnership with Asian ocean megnate and UNOC.
Oil from the Tilenga project will be transported via the $3.5 billion East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) to the port of Tanga in Tanzania for export.
The EACOP has the capacity to send up to 246,000 barrels of crude per day out to world markets by as early as 2025.
TotalEnergies is the largest shareholder in EACOP with a 62% stake. Other investors include the state-run UNOC and Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation, which have 15% each, while China's CNOOC holds 8%.
